Certainly we are afraid of the uncertainty
Abrupt stoppage of time and space
Beyond our own eyes belief
Final resting place, worm of etertnal sleep
Creeps upon the shoulders, glides along the face
Sneaks around corners this natural thing
Sings amongst the shadows
We all have a unique song written for us
Do not haunt me my earth long foe
Do not taunt me I wish not to go
Your fragrance is intoxicating
Drawing those near you to toxic places
I tremble at your daily call
Fall at your door
Death do not hold me
Possess me no more..
