"I will take you
any place
you
want to go
where do you want to go?"
It is their 4th anniversary
she knows exactly where
someplace
clean sleek modern decor
good wine
organic lovely food
that will nourish my body and heart
he says:"um Im not dressed right
everyone is looking at me
I feel uncomfortable
what should I do?"
"I would look at my family
I am here with them"
she says
doors close as they leave
and they sit in a diner somewhere else with
greasy food
rare meat on a bun soaked in vegetable oil
she sends it back
she ordered well done
there are no sparkling glasses
no pretty box
with a bow
no thank you for loving me for bearing my child
she is full but still so hungry
