Avoiding a hangover is not the easiest thing to do when you are consuming a ton of alcohol during an evening of partying. How many times have you told yourself, "I'm just going to go out and have a couple of drinks," and you end up drinking until the bar is ringing the bell for last call? Wow, how time does fly. Usually when you're out you don't intend to drink over your limit, yet it happens anyway.
