Thank You, God
Thank you, God
for what you've given to me,
a wonderfully filled life
and a husband, plus three.
I know I have bad days
and you're there to see me through,
I've had many hills to climb
beneath skies azure and blue.
I've lost those that were dear to me
made many promises, that I've kept,
you are here to watch over me
through the many days I've wept.
Thank you, dear God
for making me the person I am today,
a heart so loving and tender
in this world, goes a long way.
