How to live a healthy life

Was most definetly the first intellegent question that Homo Sapiens asked themselves. But it has taken us thousands and thousands of years to actually answer the question. In fact due to the open wounds of the plethora of people that never really found the answer still roaming the Earth with evil grudges, it is a very tough topic to explain.
One day I realized that if I was going to get smart at all I would have to learn how my brain works inside, so I bought a book on The Brain. So my interest in the question at hand didn't start with a healthy diet, or an excersice program, it started with reading a book.
