"In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth." Genesis 1:1
In the beginning, the start of time, God created the earth and he created us, the dominant species of this planet that He called Earth. God created the earth. We didn't appear here, we didn't create ourselves.
L
ook at all the paintings, sculptures, and inventions that have been made throughout the centuries; did they create themselves? Of course not. Someone had to paint on that canvas, someone had to sculpt that large slab of stone into something worthy to be named art, someone had to create that invention. Every color, every chisel, every screw, was used to make all these. But, regardless of everything that was used to paint that painting, the brush didn't paint it on its own. It was guided by someone, the Master Painter.
Just as every painting has a painter, every creation always has and forever must have a creator. The earth, the sky, teh firmament, is the creation of the greatest creator: God.
God is alive. God is still working in us, in our hearts, his prime creation.
If God did not create us, then who did?
Many people in this "wonderful" modern day and age refuse to believe all this, and say, "God never existed. He was merely created by disillusioned and rebellious people who didn'T want to follow any other religion, so they created one of their own. We weren't created, we appeared here by happenstance."
If you can believe that, you can believe almost anything. It takes more crazy belief to believe that we just "appeared" here, than to believe that some higher force created us, doesn't it? Why doesn't that just happen any day today? Why don't wolves come out of thin air? Why don't babies just appear in our laps? Did the world change so much that these "things" don't happen any more? I don't think so! No, I KNOW so.
If we just "appeared" here, where is their evidence? Where's the evidence that all that they say, happened?
"Well," Atheists will say. "Where's your evidence?"
I will tell you what our evidence is: the Bible.
"How do you know the Bible is true?" They'll challenge.
"How do you know your history books are true? This book was written by ancient people, just like the history books that you believe. If you say the Bible is not true, you might as well brush off all the things the history books say, as well, because people have found evidence for those history books as well as for the Bible."
The Bible has years and years of history recorded on its pages. It holds truth; it tells of the Creation of Mankind, and even states how many days it took to create all we see today.
This is our greatest evidence. This is our proof, and this is the truth that only fools dare to deny.
