Just a couple of weeks ago I was in the mall shopping as I always do. As I was looking around I couldn't help but notice more and more people are wearing a new style of Jordans. Just in case most people are not aware, Jordans are sneakers that were made by the infamous Chicago bulls player Micheal Jordan. When I was in Footlocker hoping to find me a pair I began to remember when there was time when Jordans had became so called "played out" but now just about everyone has a pair of these $119-$125 shoes.

Why has it made a comeback you may ask?
Well from my personal opinion I believe it is because the style of it has changed alot from what it used to look like. Now it looks better than before. Many others may say because of rap stars promoting the shoes. Many rap stars including Lil boosie and DJ Unk have been seen wearing this stylish and wonderful shoe. Lil boosie even mention the sneaker in his song " Zoom". Hopefully Mr. Micheal Jordan himself is wearing his own shoe.

Why such a high price on this shoe?
When I saw the price of this sneaker my jaws just dropped.I have never in my life paid such a high fee for a pair of sneakers. The most I have paid for shoes is roughly $80 but i don't think ever in the world I would pay $119.
People say the shoe is very pricey because it is considered a classic and other say it is because the shoes are the hottest around at this moment. Once the shoes become older the price will decrease until the make new designs of the shoe which may cause it to increase again.

But for now on until I get enough money I think it would be best to stick Adidas and Nikes.
