What does it feel like to lose your soulmate to death?
Like an anvil has been dropped on your head from a mile above you
Like your heart has been ripped out of your chest and torn to pieces in front of you
Like you are trying to breathe through a shattered rib cage
Like you are afraid to sleep and relive that horrible night in your dreams
Like you want to sleep all the time to see them alive and well again
Like you desperately want them back to hug and love and say all those things that shouldn't be left unsaid
Like you desperately to yell at them in anger, "WHY DID YOU LEAVE ME?"
Every emotion there is passes through you after you've lost your soulmate to death. I should know, I lost mine on July 13, 2006, and the pain today is just as raw as it was two years ago.
