To describe such a place as heaven is beyond me. And beings that I am describing my thoughts in regards to heaven as a place opposed to a state of being, I must say, I would have to agree with both. You see, I think heaven is an eternal, infinite, unmeasurable "place" in the presence of God. However, with that said, a state of being should apply as well. Just as hell is any place without God, like that in which exists becoming non-existent.

I see a lot of "Christians" in the world today striving for this place that we call heaven. But how can one strive for that in which we cannot describe. And if one were to look for God-to discern and understand his ways and remain steadfast, you could say that heaven would most certainly manifest itself in one's state of being.

Looking back on my life, and believe me, I have come far; I have come to many conclusions in regards to the trials and tribulations of the soul. I have been afflicted in every which way, but not without purpose. Life would sometimes seem like a vain thing, indeed. But then a question enters my occasionally depressed and sorrow-filled mind...

Is this truly that in which we call life?

And for those who say "yes", I beg to differ. I believe the life corresponding to the Light of men in the presence of God, has yet to be revealed. And this is where heaven comes in for me as a place opposed to a state of being. For those of you who can relate to what I am saying-"doesn't it seem that we have been more acquainted with death than we have with life, though we are "living" and breathing and walking around in the world? But I say, as He has said once before, "The sufferings of this present age cannot compare with the glory that has yet to be revealed."

Many of us can only dream of what heaven "could" or "would" be like, and that is OK. The importance is that we not only strive to obtain a life in this heaven that I cannot describe, but we continually and diligently seek the One and only who can lead us there...

And now a few words from the Lord:
Seek the Lord while He may be found; call upon Him while He is near. Let the wicked forsake his way and the unrighteous man his thoughts; and let him return to the Lord, and He will have compassion on him, and to our God, for He will abundantly pardon. "For My thoughts are not your thoughts, nor are your ways My ways," declares the Lord. "For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways than your ways and My thoughts than your thoughts. "For as the rain and the snow come down from heaven, and do not return there without watering the earth and making it bear and sprout, and furnishing seed to the sower and bread to the eater; SO WILL MY WORD BE WHICH GOES FORTH FROM MY MOUTH(that is, your Bible); It will not return to Me empty, without accomplishing what I desire, and without succeeding in the matter for which I sent it...
