Where is WWE wrestling heading?

World Wrestling Entertainment and Vince McMahon will do what needs to be done to stay on top of all competitors. Despite the fact that other promotions, such as TNA (Total Nonstop Action) Wrestling, and namely Ring of Honor (ROH), may have better wrestling matches than in WWE, Vince McMahon is the absolute best at creating a superstar. And that is exactly what his company has always thrived on. While ROH may have, in my opinion, the best pure wrestling in the United States, I do not believe they have the ability to build the superstars that Vince McMahon has and always will create. And I write that knowing that two of the best wrestlers to come out of ROH, Samoa Joe and C.M Punk, are each holding World Titles in their respective federations. Even though they have each held the ROH World Title years ago, and were very well accepted and loved in Philadelphia and on the underground wrestling scene, it took them each years to be accepted enough by the mainstream fan base to have the WWE and TNA World Title belts put around their waists. And to push things even further, if Samoa Joe were to come to the WWE after being TNA Champion, he would more than likely have to work several more years to be considered a WWE World Title contender. What I am saying is that Vince McMahon takes regular wrestlers, who may have already perfected their game and learned how to work their local crowd, and turns them into house hold names across the globe.

I will be the first one to admit that the wrestling on many WWE shows is lacking, save a few specific performers, but that has nothing to do with the wrestlers themselves, but who is in control of booking the matches. Pro Wrestling is all about chemistry and match ups. And sometimes chemistry cannot be forced. Whether it is in practice sessions or from a past organization, these chemistries are formed between wrestlers that produce very entertaining matches. And throughout the different eras of wrestling Vince McMahon has brought out this incredible chemistry to life on our TV screens and all across the world. Speaking only from experience, in the eighties we saw unbelievable feuds between Hulk Hogan and Randy Savage and The Rockers and The Hart Foundation. And into the nineties he brought us the great feuds between Shawn Michaels and Bret Hart, continuing their Hart Foundation/Rocker feud after being pushed as singles wrestlers, and incredible feuds between The Rock and Triple H and Mick Foley and Steve Austin, as they all feuded with
