Aloe vera is a plant that has thick spiky leaves and contains a powerful clear healing gel inside the leave when you break the leave open. Now if you can't find aloe juice or simply do not like to drink you can also by aloe vera gel supplements from your local drug store or health food store and take three a day and still get the full healing benefits of aloe.

Aloe vera plants are not just used for unique exotic house plants. They are used for many common health problems and every household should have an aloe plant in there home in there bathroom or kitchen for those cuts, scrapes, and burns you child or family my get during the coarse of their day. Aloe vera works way better than many of those antibiotic creams out there these day, so buy and aloe plant and always have the most natural first aid cream on hand.
