Are you a responsible cat owner? Well let's see. You provide food, water and shelter for your feline friend. Veterinary visits take care of yearly vaccines and examinations. Your cat is lavished with love, attention and expensive toys. Your female cat isn't spayed? Three out of four ain't bad, but let me tell you why you really should have your cat spayed.
CONTROL CAT OVERPOPULATION
Every year over a million cats end up in shelters because there are simply too many cats and too few homes to care for them. Their only crime was being born and sadly 75% of these shelter cats will never find a home and will be euthanized. HEALTH BENEFITS
Spaying is the surgical removal of the female reproductive organs including ovaries, uterus and fallopian tubes. This eliminates the chance of your cat developing ovarian or uterine infections or cancer. The risk of developing tumors of the mammary glands is greatly decreased after this procedure as well.
