Craigslist is the perfect place to sell your house.

To post your ad you need to access www.craigslist.org. Select the city nearest your location from the list on the right side of the page. Select "Post to classifieds" and follow the step by step instructions provided on how to post. Include a clear description of your home. Be accurate, honest and descriptive. Supply details on items such as square footage, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, condition, recent upgrades, neighborhood features, amenities and parking. When determining price do some research. What are similar homes in your neighborhood houses selling for? Post a realistic price. What makes your home stand out from others for sale? Include photos of both the inside and outside of your property. Buyers like to view photos prior to making a trip to view the home.

It should take approximately 15 minutes for your advertisement to appear on Craigslist. Once it appears be prepared to respond to any inquiries and make that sale!
