This is how you should replace your home air vent filter:

1. Make sure you have purchased the correct size home air vent filter. They can be purchased at any home improvement store like Lowes or Home Depot. They can also be purchased at any Walmart.

2. Make sure that you have purchased the right type of home air vent fiter.

3. Open the door on the unit.

4. Remove the old filter from the air conditoner unit.

5. Place the new filter back into the air conditioner unit.

6. Turn on the air coditioner unit to make sure it is working.

This is how you should clean a home air vent filter:

1. Open the air conditioning unit door.

2. Remove the air vent filter.

3. Use a lint brush or old towel to remove the dust and lint buildup.

4. Place the air vent filter back into the air conditioning unit.

5. Close the air conditoning unit door and turn it on to see the results.

6. Repeat steps one through five as needed.

You should replace your home air vent once every thirty days. You should also clean the vent heap filter in your clothes dryer before and after every use. You should use a lint brush to remove excess dust and lint from the fiter. It is very important to have a clean vent heap filter to keep the the dryer from catching on fire. It is not worth damaging the dryer or destroying your home. It only takes a few minutes and a lint brush to clean the vent heap filter.
