To love is to give the whole of your being
Is to give that which you most need
Is the true essence of magic in a human being
Is to hold a hand when in need
To love is just that simple
To love is to give openly and to be open to receive
Is to care and cherish but not to deceive
Is to look beyond your own comfort zone
Is to dream of miracles not just for one
Is to dare to take a chance
To love is that simple
To love is to remember the good & great times
Is to know that many more are yet to come
Even at times when all hope is gone
When everything seem impossible
Is to have a faith that is unshakable
To love is that simple
To love is to forgive the wrongs of the past
Is to accept what is and never look back
Is to let go of pain, guilt, anger and regret
Is to embrace and not to hate or attack
Is to share the lessons learnt
Is to sometimes believe in a bit of luck
Is to see your mistakes and laugh
Is to walk down an unknown path
Is not to be afraid of the dark
To love is that simple
To love is to have empowering obsessions
Is to let go of the pursuit of perfection
Is to rejoice in your own imperfections
For there you may find your true passions
Your unique talents and contributions
To love is that simple
To love is to accept others and not to judge
Is to see beauty in yourself and everyone else
Is to show gratitude for everything in this Universe
And not forgetting Mother Earth, Of course
Is to know that we are all one
Is to be free to sing and dance
In this journey we call life
To love is that simple
