The secret to a great backyard BBQ is to marinate the steak and chicken 3-4 days ahead of time. Then coat steak and chicken with your favorite brand of BBQ sauce just before grilling.
You'll have the whole neighborhood looking out their windows wondering where that beautiful aroma is coming from.
Special additives mixed in lean hamburger makes a zippy hamburger pattie to grill. Toast hamburger buns and add your special condiments and cheese.
Secret Marinating Sauce
2 cups apple cider vinegar
2 cups salsa
2 cups terriki sauce
Mix first 3 ingredients in blender till smooth
Pour half of mixture over 5 steaks cut lengthwise in marinating tupperware container
Pour other half over 5 chicken breasts cut lengthwise in marinating tupperware container
Put lids on and turn upside down a couple of times
Place containers in refrigerator for 3-4 days
Drain and coat with your favorite barbeque sauce
Grill till done
Serve with potato salad, coleslaw and a jello fruit salad
Zippy Hamburgers
2 lbs. lean hamburger
4 eggs
1 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup dry oatmeal
1 cup minced valdalia onions
1 Tablespoons of minced garlic
1/4 cup flax seed
Mix all ingredients in mixing bowl or kitchen aid mixer
Form into hamburger patties
Grill and serve on toasted buns
