Summertime is here so enjoy an easy to make cool crunchy spinach salad that is colorful, tasty with high rave reviews from all. It is nice to try a variety of different salads all summer long to entice your family, friends, cook outs and beach parties.

Spiffy Spinach Salad Delight

Step one:

1 package washed baby spinach
1 cup cut carrots - pre-packaged and washed
1/2 cup bacon bits
1 cup diced celery
1 cup raw sun flower seeds

1/2 cup diced valdalia onions (optional - serve in a separate dish so guests can add)
1 Tablespoon Minsed Garlic (optional - serve in separate dish so guests may add

Step Two

Mix all in a salad bowl

Step 3

Nippy Salad Dressing

1 cup mayonaise
1 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup dry Ranch Seasoning and Salad Dressing Mix (comes in 16 oz. jar)

Mix all ingredients in blender
Place in a special dish and serving spoon

Serve with a delicious soup or sandwich.
