Poetry: Heartbreak

Trains and Tomorrow's

The train is pulling awat from the station soon
she's leaving for good this time
runing away from the heartwrenching fear
that her love brings
one last look back at the station

shes full of hope...so sure he'd come
searching millions of nameless faces
undying faith that he'll be there
the first drop of rain splashes her face
followed by a flood-call out to your love
let him hear the desperation in your voice

where are you dear sweet
i know you'll come
if this love is true-i know it must be
where are you sweet love
all aboard-i must go
i guess you never came

what happened dear sweet
to the vow of forever
please be here mylove
i fear the sleepless nights without you
oh how hard it is to move-to breathe
paralyzed with greif
