In truth..I did it so can you!
I am five-feet-six-inches tall,
and I was once, five feet around,
I was a living bouncing ball,
and as I walked I shook the ground.
I never understood those pains,
until I too was overweight,
and found myself cry over gains,
and cos of slowness always late.
When Dr's said, " your heart attack
has almost cost you, of your life",
I had to get life, back on track
for me, my kids. Far too much strife
at just about say thirty-four,
has showed me life, has so much more.....
