Wicked
All I see in your eyes
Tells me that all my lies
Will never amount to alibis
Though I continue to contrive
To wring out excuses that will buy
Another day with you at my side
But I am wicked
And you will not tolerate
One who would adulterate
Love you give without debate
Joy you create which satiates
Every desire born by your faith
To share with the world instead of hate

We cannot be as one
I understand we are done
For you are a child of the Son
And I am a child of the evil One
Who corrupts innocence just for fun
And though you are beautiful to me
I am wicked
