Starting college: How to avoid weight gain and keep fit on campus

If your just starting college and want to avoid weight gainig then your at the guide. When you dont want to have weight on you during college then avoid eating all kinds of fat when ready to eat. Also when one of your classes is near outside take a chance to run around the parking lot. When your at lunch remember to pickup healthy foods. These are some foods you shouldn't eat any kinds of meats,no types of chips,dont eat noodles,and cookies. Some foods you should eat is sour cream,mircle whip,all types of fruit,milk,and cornflakes mostly ceral with fruit in it,baked foods or anything thats fat free are good to eat to. The most important is that you get up every morning and jog or go to a gym that has everything ,but the best exersisng machine is a alimtical machine. The most important meal of the day is breakfast for breakfast you have the best chance to eat fat free foods. If you want to eat any sweet kind of food then throw something healty on it like a cerent food from my should eat column. Every had to cook try cooking foods like meat as long as you have some kind of fat free side dish. For lunch eat a peace of fruit some meat and a healty side dish. Or sometimes even bake like above. Its okay to eat any kind food or liquids that are under 7 grams of fat. Anything over 7 grams of fat can bring weight. Now I know it seems crazy but for dinner eat the same foods as lunch except add a little something how about add some choclate cover strawberrys. Is to keep your stomach filled with healthy foods. You should drink lots of soomthies around campus. These is a guide for girls and boys who have popularity. The most baddest food to eat is candy or as people say ''GOODIES'' dont eat these kind of foods or sweeties. Try to make smoothies that only have fruits or yogurts. Or just try a slurpie /slushie. Ill suggest you also try weight watchers. Think be calm do something that makes you fill better. The best thing to do is get into some sports, some good examples for boys and girls is to play soccer,basketball,gymnasics,and dance. In about 3weeks no weight should every come on you but it only lasts to up to a month in a half. Then you will have to do the whole routine all over again. You shouldn't do these process alone be sure to invite a partner to tag alone. Thats the purpose of these process is to use partnership and how to avoid weight on college campus. There's one thing we have not jumped into yet that you never tell yourself that you cant do it.
