Nonstick utensils have undisputable advantages than other types of utensils, because of its non-stickness. One from the health point of view, other from maintenance point of view and the third from cost effectiveness.

During cooking the food we can be satisfied with less or no oil as the deep fry items may not require that much oil when cooking over nonstick utensils. It keeps the taste and nutrition to the maximum as it is not burnt down during (even!)over heating. And also as more oil is not needed the essential vitamins and minerals of the vegetables or grains remain intact.

From the easy maintenance point of view, since the oil remains in the utensils can be wiped down so easily due to its non-stick nature, we need not work that hard to clean them. While stainless utensils though looks great, the stickiness makes us work hard with dishwashing liquids or powders to clean them properly. While the other remains in nonstick utensils does not require much effort to clean comparing to stainless steel utensils.

As for the cost effectiveness is concerned, due to copper bottom of the nonstick utensils the heat is conducted well and very less energy is required to cook. In a quite less or reasonable time the food is cooked with the same time comparing to stainless steel utensils.
Hence, the money we spent towards energey resource is saved. Even due to the lesser use of dishwashers, the money is saved.

Even from appearance point of view, I would say nonstick utensils look so pretty as it is maintained well, no black suit under the utensil are seen when comparing a stainless steel utensil. Except for the glittering which is present in stainless steel utensils nonstick utensils are very presentable. With the new models and makes of nonstick utensil categories, I think even this appearance issue will be taken care soon. I would like the appearance of the food stuff that is cooked with nonstick remain intact due to gradual spread of heat when comparing a food made from stainless steel utensil.

The only downline with the nonstick utensils are its cost, which can be compromised, as it is a one time affair. We can get the satisfaction in a long run with some extra money invested. I would stay the money is 'invested' rather than 'spent', when used to buy such a nonstick utensil. This is not the case with stainless steel utensils.

So from every point of view, nonstick utensils are the great.
