Marriage is an institution by two people regardless of their sex. If is not the court that decides who will? Christians decided that church bibles say is men and women and homosexuals decided is with the sex they feel more confortable with. Take Ellen Degeners for example, A familiar face in TV for many viewers.That she decided to be linked with someone romantically the same sex as her does not take away her ability to function and perform in a demanding society and in her career.That she is not performing to the crhistians point of view is something else.We do not have the capacity to judge others due to the fact that we are not homosexual,we do not know what they feel because we feel atraction to the opposite sex.We are following our dues to the church by having a heterosexual relationship but we be violating the creed in other ways we might be liars or thiefts to some degree or other to state an example.So should we be outcast of the society we live in as well because that is in the bible you do not lie and you do mot steal. Crhistian standars are something else and they favor some and punish others when Jesus Crhist treated everyone the same. churches also preach that salvation is individualy earned so why judge someone when the world we are living today is a world of go getters and you do your own thing and I do mine.At this point who is going to create a balance if the church has created more problems than solutions.The issues has been left to the courts. In Jesuscrhist era people saw Jesusi the flesh and disbelieved what they saw.In our time we have different church followers pulling in different directions now a days people have to do and believe by faith.Poeple have faith and believes in a book called the bible.Others have the same believes but relied on the court system to solve issues that need inmediate attention. People with same sex who are in love the bible stands in their way if they do not read what is to their convenience. Jesus said give to Caesar what is to Caesar and to the government what is to the government. At this time in age the world is so corrupted that one more issue is not going to save the world from more caos. There are so many other issues besides people that want to be with each otherfrom the same sex and they have been doing it since the beginning of time.To rule in favor of it is a matter of creating peace for others that are tire of listening to arguments over broken homosexual pairs with no rights. Now it's a matter of the individual and how they want to disclose their personal issues. In my opinion is of no ones interest what you want to do with your sexuality.
