Simple Spaghetti Pie that's Mouth Watering

My mom taught me how to make this dish and I begged her for the recipe after the first bite. It's very easy to make just a couple of steps and throw it in to the oven. It's the best that spaghetti has ever tasted to me and I have yet to meet a person (even the very picky ones) say that it's not delicious. Not only is the dish mouth watering when fresh out of the oven, but it is just as good when reheated and I'm not just saying that. This makes enough at a MINIMUM of 6-8 people.

Things You'll Need:
16 ounce container of ricotta cheese
3 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
1 box angel hair/spaghetti noodles (whichever you prefer)
1 large can Hunt's meat sauce
2 lbs of beef/1 roll of Jimmy Dean sausage (whichever you prefer)
1 large container of parmesan cheese
1 stick of butter

Cover a 13 x 9 baking dish in foil along the bottom and over the edges around the dish. Either spray with a non-stick cooking spray or grease the foil with butter. Cook 3/4 of the box of pasta. Cook meat and drain. (Personally, I prefer the sausage because it adds a LOT of flavor and a nice saltiness.)

Preheat oven to 350. Place pasta on top of the foil in the 13 x 9 dish. Mix butter, pasta, and about 3/4 of the container of parmesan cheese together in 13 x 9 dish.

Now we're going to layer a little. Spread the ricotta cheese over the top of the pasta. Then, on top of that, place the cooked meat. Next, pour the meat sauce over everything and cover with foil. Bake for 1 hour. Take out and cover with the mozzarella cheese and put back in the oven for 10 minutes uncovered. Let cool for about 10 minutes so it's a little easier to get out without falling all over the place.

*Tip: add green peppers while cooking the meat, add a layer of tomatoes, and try different things!

+ note: EASY clean up! everything is cooked on top of the foil so you can just ball it up and throw it away.
