The Powerhouse Gym located in Bellingham, MA is a wonderful place for anyone to work out. No matter your fitness level or experice level, there is something at this gym for you to do. There is ample state of the art cardio equipment, as well as weight machines which are well enough spread out giving you plenty of space to do your workout in comfort. Like most gyms, mirrors line the walls so you may keep an eye on your form and posture while weight training. One of my biggest pet peeves is going to a gym where all the machines are smooshed together into a space that is much too small for the quantity.

Powehouse gym offers all the typical gym equipment that is essential for achieving the body you want and then some. Everything appeared to be very sanitary and well kept, which is very important to observe in selecting a good gym. Powerhouse offers flexible hours, opening very early in the morning, so that you may workout before going into work. As well as hours later into the night so that you may go after work or dinner. They also provide their members who are mothers, with childcare services so that you don't need to search for a babysitter, and are free to work out on your own terms.
Also on the premises, there is a proshop which offers an array of fitness gear as well as nutritional products and supplements. This is a conventient way to nurish your body and prevents you from making excuses to eat unhealthy foods. Powerhouse Gym offers a wide variety of classic fitness classes including yoga, kickboxing, aerobics, and even some unique classes such as the new rage: zumba. These classes are fun ways to get active and stay fit, you'll hardly notice that your burning calories. Also available to help you achieve your fitness goals, are personal trainers and nutritional advisors. These are great services to take advantage of since they can personalize a fitness or diet routine especially meant for your body. Taking classes and opting for help from fitness professionals keeps you motivated and on the healthy track to wellness, as well as pushes your body to its maximum level.
Another amenity this gym provides to its members is onsite tanning. After your workout its a great feeling to relax in a tanning booth and emerge bronzed and glowing. Having a tan really helps to define muscles and is a great addition to any gym. To me, Powerhouse seems to have all you could want from a gym and offers reasonable rates.
