Poetry: Paradise

In my dreams I see a place
full of beauty and calming peace.
Where streams of crystal clear waters flow
the fragrance of flora fills the air.
The songs of birds can be heard all day there

There's no hate to be found any where.
Ruled by love, kindness and care.
The majestic mountains stand tall and proud.
As far as the eye can see
the land is full of breath taking beauty.

Wolf pups romp and play
as rabbits dart through fields of green.
Lush forests of grand old trees.
The sound of the flowing sea.
The waves of the ocean roar
as they speed toward the sandy shore.

Wild horses running free.
The world as it was intended to be.
The roar of a lion heard in the distance.
The cry of a baby just born.

No more concrete jungles, no more pollution,
No more destruction, no more war.
Man kind has finally learned to truly care.
The world as it was intended to be
full of peace and serenity.

Breath taking beauty as far as the eye can see.
In my dreams this is the place I see.
The place my heart longs to be.
Paradise lost, paradise found, maybe, maybe some day.
