Yard Sale Payday
Is it trash or is it treasure?
All depends on who you ask.
Who would buy brand new
When a dollar or two
Can go so much further.
Clothes washed twice are no
longer as crisp or as nice
Yard sale finds are already
broken in for you.
I had a yard sale today.
Decluttering the house and not
wanting to just throw away.
Got rid of alot of stuff!
And made some money too.
It was so much fun
to sit on my porch and
meet people and get some sun.
Collecting money for old to me
and new to you.
Treasure is how I vote;
for all the reasons I just wrote.
Made a couple of bucks
on things I would've gave away
and got some money of my own
to spend on someone else's
Yard sale payday.
