"Wedding Day Blues"

I've crunched,
I've jogged,
I've jumped rope too.
I've consumed gallons
Of weight-loss goo.
My weight is up,
My spirits down.
I still can't wear
My wedding gown.
Who really cares
About my ounces,
About the lace
And satin flounces?
I'll wear my jeans,
My new t-shirt.
It may not be fancy,
But what can it hurt?
