"To A Lover Lost"
If some truths were lies
How can I see them otherwise?
I missed a step somewhere
When I was falling and you leaving
Tell me how could I have overlooked
"I miss you" to nothing at all
Such a change should be obvious
Not a painful sometime secret unshared
Now I'm left wondering
At the source and the motive and meaning
And I miss you
And I want you
And I hate you

You give your love
