"Once Upon a Time"
Once I shared this with you,
Silly passion told to a friend
And happily we walked,
Always side-by-side
Once I told you secrets,
Meanings for you alone
And you shared as well,
Trust returned tenfold
Once we were sisters,
By soul but not blood
And I loved you as my own,
Sister and friend for life
Once you did not speak,
Shut me out, turned away
And I waited for you still,
Knowing time heals all
Once you made me realize,
Forced upon me the truth I sought
And I sit now alone,
Sharing gone forever

That's What Friends are for...
I long to make you smile.
Come visit with me and stay awhile.
Friends are made for sharing.

How I wish we could go back in time,
to the days you were a friend of mine,
We used to see things eye to eye,
now you're gone,
A Friend's Eyes
I went looking for you today,
I saw you standing there.
The rain was coming down,
And landing in your hair.
You
You were my friend,
the best of all.
That was until,
that one fall.
So our friendship died,
as did your soul.
You traded me in
and
Alone again. It seems the only way I am meant to be.
I thought we had it all. I loved him in every way.
We did it right starting
