Banana Split brownie pizza is about as good as a real banana split, except you can take it along to show off your culinary talents and impress all of your friends.

Ingredients you will need:

1 Family size box of brownie mix (9 x 13 size)
2 eggs
1 half cup oil
1 quarter cup water
1 15 oz can pineapple tidbits drained (reserve liquid for bananas to soak in to prevent browning, you may use lemon juice if you prefer)

3 bananas sliced anyway you wish
1 quarter cup strawberry jam or ice cream topping warmed in microwave (to thin it for pouring)
Sliced fresh strawberries (optional)
8 oz sour cream
1 half cup powdered sugar
1 tsp. Lemon juice
1 half cup chopped walnuts (or any that you prefer)
Chocolate syrup (about 3 Tbsp will do)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare brownie mix according to package, using eggs, oil and water. Spray the bottom of a pizza pan, you may also use a 9 x 13 baking dish for this, the brownies will be a little thicker though, and your baking time will vary. Pour in brownie mix and bake (20 minutes for pizza pan, 28 - 32 minutes for 9 x 13 pan) While brownies are baking mix sour cream and powdered sugar and lemon juice, let set in refrigerator until ready for use. When brownies are cool you may then begin assembly of pizza.

Layer 1/2 of sour cream mixture, bananas, then pineapple and if using fresh strawberries this is the time to put them on. Then pour over warmed strawberry topping. Sprinkle walnuts over all, then drizzle chocolate syrup over all, finally drizzle remaining sour cream mixture over everything.

If this is not to be eaten right away you should keep it refrigerated until serving time. This travels fairly well so taking to a friends or relatives house will be welcome anytime. In fact, it will probably become one of your most requested dishes.
