Today's ultra premium luxury home must contain a minimum of features in order to be fully considered within the category. This list is large; fortunately it fits within 4 major categories. And, when fully employed it will allow you to make a proper decision on purchasing or deciding on your dream home. So what is required, what should you look for? Aesthetics

Aesthetics is probably the easiest of the 4 general categories it uses your most prevalent sense your sense of sight. Aesthetics begins before you even enter your premium home. Is there a gate outside, hedges, a fence; what do all of these look like, how do they match the homes' architecture and the general design of the architecture? These are all things you must pay close attention to when considering your luxury home. When you walk up to the front door analyze the design of the exterior of the building, as well as the texture of the building. Are they harmonious? Once inside your potential new home, are all of the rooms easily accessible with a simple, but sensible floor plan? Remember, aesthetics should not only be limited to what you can see, but also what you can hear, feel and even smell.

Technology

Technology has been gaining moment in ultra premium luxury homes in recent years.
