Surviving an affair is possible i am living proof, Well let me start at the beginning i was married had 2 children and a husband i thought truly loved me well big mistake there . He was messing around with the girl across the street and the reason he gave was he was lonely and she listened to him when he was whining about his school and his job . The sad part about his cheating i was a stay at home mom trying to take care of 2 children so i had to get on welfare. Eventually he came back and we moved to make a new start and that lasted for about 6 months he was at it again But i learned the hard way , this time i had a job wasn't much but it paid my bills in a bad part of town where my doors didn't lock and i had to walk to work . we stayed separated this time for almost a year. Got back together Bought a house and low and behold he went and did to me again. But this time it was the last time i know we had a future together but i couldn't deal with the constant infidelities on his part. So I left my home and stayed with a friend of mine until i met another man whom i thought was better . you know they always tell you what you want to hear . but he was a good man until we were married and boom six months in he cheated on me total defistation. Because i truly loved this man and couldn't believe that had actually cheated well he did and i adjusted picked myself up and got a job and a car and eventually my own apartment it took me awhile but i soon felt OK i am gonna make it and we divorced one month before our 1 year anniversary.

The whole time he keeps saying i love you i really don't want to do this ,The only reason for the divorce was so he could go see his family with this other women. for his family didn't believe in being married and bringing another women to there home. So as time went on he began calling me again . and of course i took him back and we remarried and my family i like how can you keep going through with this crap . My only response was i loved him and i still do to this day. We have been remarried for 8 years not all great because 3 years in he strayed again and was back and forth and left me homeless and everyone kept asking how can you keep doing this and my only response was i love him and i married him for better or worse, and his own father asked me if i truly loved him and i said yes any other women would of left along time ago . so i married a wonderful man that had major faults and to this day i love him just as much as i did the first time i saw him so i am a survivor of an affair . i guess you just have to have a strong mind and faith that it wont happen again .
