Recipes: Mouth-watering fish

Delicious Blue Hake Fillets

Blue Hake is a delicious white fish that goes great with just about any vegetable or salad.
You don't have to coat it in all of that heavy breading. It can be baked easily and with the right ingredients and seasonings it is simply wonderful.

Ingredients:

4-6 Blue Hake Fillets
1 Tsp. Ground Dill
2 Tsp. Lemon Pepper
1 Tsp. Paprika, Ground
Salt
Limejuice
Cup of White Wine

Coat a 9" x 9" glass pan with olive oil and add Cup of White Wine or Vermouth and 1 Tablespoon of Limejuice.

Wash thoroughly the Hake and coat the fillets with Salt, Lemon Pepper, Dill, Paprika and Place side by side in the glass dish.

Bake at 400 degrees until the fish is tender and flakes with a fork. (About 20-25 min.)
Let cool and serve with baked potato or salad for a great lunch. Believe me, this is a great way to eat Blue Hake and it's very healthy.

Serves 4-6 People.
