Easy Pineapple Pie
When it comes to cooking, I love easy and this is one of the best desserts to ever come under that criteria. On top of that it is sugar free and delicious.
Ingredients:
1 pint sour cream (16 oz)
1 large can crushed pineapple (sweetened with Splenda)
1 pkg. instant (sugar free) vanilla pudding (or if your not watching your sugar, you can use regular vanilla instant pudding)
Mix together using the pudding dry. Place in either a cooked pie shell or graham cracker crust. I prefer the shortbread pie crust when available.
Refrigerate and when ready to serve, top with whipped cream or fat free Cool Whip.
Serves six to eight.
Now sit back and enjoy the compliments.
