The best free pop up blockers

There are thousands of pop-up blockers that are free and if you can find the right ones, then you will never even need to spend a dime to block those annoying pop-ups. Websites with free pop-up blockers will usually advertise or sell a product through the pop up blocker by giving it for free. For example when you download a pop up blocker, it may install a toolbar or a gaming software on your computer to compensate for the money that it costs them to make the pop-up blocker. This way they can advertise their products and create a reputation.

Nevertheless, some free pop up blockers are made by the leading online companies and the pop up blockers work with excellent efficiency. Here is a review of some awesome pop up blockers which I have tried and used successfully.

* ISP Pop up Blocker: This pop up blocker can be easily installed by calling your internet provider and asking them for a pop up blocker. Internet Service Providers give a free pop up blocker for signing up an internet connection through them, but some you will have to make a phone call.

* ISP pop up blockers are one of the safest and easiest to install pop up blockers. Companies like Rogers, Bell, SwiftSwitch connection all provide excellent pop up blockers which will block almost all the pop ups.

* Google Toolbar: A tool bar by the biggest company online known as Google. This toolbar can be trusted as the makers are the multi billion dollar company and they will not make a scam since they already make a lot of profit through other means. In the toolbar, Google benefits because you will use their search engine right through the toolbar, which means more ads being viewed through google and more revenue for them.

* Google pop up blocker, is easy to use since you can modify it by allowing pop ups on some sites, blocking on other and plus the toolbar itself has great features like games, spam filter, etc.

* Mozilla Firefox Toolbar: As you will download Mozilla Firefox, it will automatically install a pop up blocker. Mozilla Firefox is also rated the best web browser, but the only thing that holds it back is that Internet Explorer is pre-installed on every computer, thus many people don't know about it.

* Again Mozilla Firefox is a trusted company and chances of virus is nil, unless you install from fake website. The pop up blocker is absolutely free and you can choose options like allowing pop ups and disabling pop up blocker when you need to open a Java Applet.

* Yahoo Toolbar: Just like Google, yahoo also provides a safe and fast pop up blocker. You can use multiple pop up blockers, and having yahoo and google both installed is a hugr asset to your web browser to stop those annoying pop-up blockers. It can only be used with Internet Explorer. Search engine is also provided.

* MSN Toolbar: Similar to yahoo and google, MSN toolbar is great for people who have hotmail accounts. You can directly go to msn website, open your account directly, and block pop ups at the same time! The pop up blocker sometimes allows a few pop ups, which makes Google and Yahoo toolbar a preferred choice.

* Pop up stopper demo: This is only free for a limited time and allows less features, but still works well for the time it is being used.

These are six of the thousands of pop-up blockers that will stop annoying pop-ups. A combination of one or two of them will provide great support and make your internet experience better than ever before
