We two
Caught up in passion's sweet embrace
Fiery - swirling energies beyond our control (so it would seem).
Exhausted we lay reveling in the moments bliss
Knowing all too well its fleetingness.
A sweet kiss - one last embrace before sleep
Snatches and separates...
TAO
The quickening
Love's fire internalized - reabsorbed
Split, contracted, expanded.
An ancient story told and retold
Atoms and their molecules rumbled - jumbled
Into living flesh transforming.
Our daughter, Son of the Sun
Sweet child of the world
But more of the heavens
Perfections story told and retold.
And the future?
Just the past running ahead of itself
By actions preconceived. Not to worry
Just a story told and retold.

you mention the thrust it gives your being
to be held, to be loved, to be woman.
You think love
by Jane Eliza

We lay naked, you and I:
hands clasped
bodies barely touching:
and we float.
We float into
It is the little things that set me free
and make my smile ache
with laughter.
It is the way you eat crepes,
and the yummy sound
