Gone are the Knights of old.
Men that were both brave and bold.
From their endless quests
Finally they have earned their rest.

For honor glory and king they fought.
These are the things which they sought.
In battle they wished to pass.
Memories of their tales they wished to last.

To go forth bravely with shield and sword in hand
Defending honor, glory, and their land.
Many tales we have heard
How these brave men honored their word.

With their enemies they came face to face.
No distance between them, just a small space.
They fought their battles eye to eye.
In those times this is how brave men died.

Those who survived spoke tales of the brave and bold.
Their words made legends of the knights of old.
Many beasts they fought.
Beautiful damsels is what they sought.

On their quests they roamed the land.
Fighting for honor and glory with their sword in hand.
Gone are the knights of old.
Only in legends we hear of the brave and bold.

Forever more their wisdom will last.
A lesson to learn from the past.
To keep your word brings honor to your name
Anything else brings sorrow and shame.
