My brother handed me some candy
I thought it very sweet
but when I popped it in my mouth
I found it a sickly sour treat
I then started sprouting whiskers
right between my mouth and nose;
why he feels the need to torment me
my brother only knows
Then a twitch, a tingle
I felt from my behind;
a full grown tail was there
swaying from side to side
I begain to panic now
as I shrank and shrank and shrank;
a hiss escaped me
as my brother emptied the contents of my piggy bank
I pounced upon him
sharp teeth and sharper claws
but he easily swatted me away
I fell against a mirror, leaning against the wall
My breath escaped me,
when I saw how my reflection had changed:
little girl to Tom cat
I would never be the same
the moral of this story,
a tale of sadness and dispair,
never accept candy from your brother
If for your human form you care!
