Personal diet secrets

Everyone is different and what may work for some people will not work for others.
I have been down this road of trying to find that perfect pill or perfect diet.
Let me tell you, years ago the stores I bought all the different type of diet pills from sure did get rich off me!
Either I did not like the way they made me feel, or it did not give me the results I needed.


So when I finally took a close look at the fact that these diet pills were not the miracle cure of weight loss for me I tried many other diets. Having being diagnosed with Hypo Thyriod, I was constantly battling with my weight. I still have to watch my weight and still battle with it everyday. This is where I discovered the true key to keeping my weight off and for me to lose weight when I start to gain again.I would like to share them with all of you in hopes that it may help you lose weight and keep it off.
I always tell people that first and foremost you have to want to lose and have the desire 100%,if you go into trying to lose weight without the strong desire to want it and suceed it will not happen for you. You have got to be strong and dedicated to it! With that being said I will let you know what helped me years ago and what still helps me today in my weight loss.

Tip #1
Eat 20 or less carbs and eat protien and mainly low carb vegetables with your meal, but do not exceed the 20 carbs per day. After 2 weeks you can add more carbs, if you are not losing as much you can cut back again. If you plateau have high carb day then go back down to 20 carbs.

Tip #2
Do not eat sugar, flour,starchy foods.

Tip #3
Eat fish or take Fish oil capsules.
It contains an easily digested protein that biochemists say stimulates the metabolism by up to 40% more than any other type of food. Omega 3's raise the levels of the brain chemical called serotonin,boosting mood and cutting carb cravings.

Tip #4
Drink one ounce of water for every pound you weigh.
Your body uses water to regulate its temperature,and if you do not get enough water your body hangs onto extra fat and uses it to regulate temperature.

Tip #5
