WHEN LOVE IS ALL THERE IS....
When the sun makes it ascent over the horizon
And robins herald the beginning of a new day.
When unfurling rose buds are kissed by morning's dew
Will you still love me? My love you'll not betray?
Once we were so in love we would do almost anything,
Are we enough in love now to bring that back again?
It would be so easy to let it all go, to say goodbye,
To let it slip away like the shore's shifting sand.
Will love sustain us through perils and hardships?
Can we survive on memories of unbridled passion?
This moment may be all there will ever be between us
Shall we say good bye now in a rational fashion?
When the ravages of time have taken their toll,
And the freshness of beauty and firmness are no more,
Will you take my hand and lead me into the sunset,
And Love my wrinkles, not the dimples you once adored?
When I am unwell and need you to cherish me,
When the doctors have predicted my early demise,
Will you hold me and help me fight life's fate?
Or, will you leave me, my weakness you will despise?
When my body and soul have long left this earth,
And you're all alone will you think of me? Miss me?
When you need the strength that was ours to go on?
Will you find comfort in our enchanting memories?
The bond between us has always held steadfast,
Weathering us through every kind of storm.
Tonight my love may be the last chance we have,
Will you take my hand, hold me, and keep me warm?
When we are no more, will you look for me in heaven?
Will you remember that on earth you were mine?
Promise me when you get there we'll sing and dance
On streets of gold where there is no meaning of time.

Why did you have to go so soon?
Goodbyes were said but they weren't enough.
You acted with courage but it wasn't

It all begins with just one question, it is a fascinating little
