Heartburn treatment

some effort and you'll probably be pleasantly surprised.
Your body can heal faster than it took to get sick. If you give it the tools to work. If you back slide you'll know what to do.

When the body is saturated with acid it gives you heartburn. Then it swells up in effort to dilute and neutralize the acid. The body uses minerals, including calcium and natural salts to dilute the acids and correct the ph balance. The body has this warning to let you know something is wrong. This is an example of," listen to your body."

People blame sickness on age. If you don't put clean oil in your car it probably will get gunked up and run hot and blow a hose too. Then throw a rod! It's not how old the car is It's how well was it maintained?

It's not only what we put in our bodies but, also what we omit. A balanced diet with live foods give us many nutrients we would otherwise not get. Things like enzymes, that help absorption of the nutrients in the foods we eat are important. Things like trace minerals that keep our nerves sending the information for our defenses in our cells. Things that aren't on the labels of processed foods.

Table salt does not make up for the missed natural digestible salts in live foods. When your ph is acid and you have a case of heart burn try a raw green pepper it is digested with an alkaline effect on the system. It is full of vitamin c and minerals that is not on the label. Back it up with some cantaloupe or steamed broccoli. Eat an apple. Here are some other healing foods to eat at this irritating time:
Bananas, avocados, peaches, strawberries, mushrooms, celery, cucumbers, beets,
pineapple, radishes, raisins, lettuce, lemons, green peas, lima beans, onions, oranges, grapefruit, sweet potatoes, cabbage, cherries, cauliflower, chard, parsnips, raisins, sauerkraut, dates, figs, watermelon, apricots, brussell sprouts, goat milk, tangerines, millet, molasses.
These foods will also add nutrients to your system to help you be able to get back to normal good health. Get relief rather fast and get rid of it.

Some things to avoid if your Ph is acidic and your heartburn is rampant: meat, bread, butter, cheese, eggs, oatmeal, sunflower seeds, macaroni, peanuts, walnuts, rice, butter, lentils, yogurt. Digestion of meat causes acid ash.

In the medical field Ph is not held as an issue until it is having a detrimental effect on your health. Pharmaceutical Companies and providers get rich on our lack of exercising our liberty..
