by Rob Whitley

Created on: July 11, 2008

Small businesses are getting crushed by skyrocketing operating costs. Consultants, so-called outsourcing experts and advisors are eager to provide you with business advice for hefty fees.

This article will help you locate free online services to help you manage and grow your business.

The criteria to make my list are:

1) Resources must be managed by experienced business people or government backed agencies.

2) Online products must be license-free, full function versions, not evaluation copies.
3) Access to services must be unlimited, interactive and be downloadable if appropriate.
