Education is the most important investment you can make it your life. Whether you are a business major or not, you can decide whether or not the time and money is important for your career or not. Why? How to measure the profits in each sale, by looking at the margin of profit, how to see how the business is operating by measuring the revenue in sales each month, and the profit centers of the business, and why some are gaining profits and others are losing money. Nothing is more crucial then being able to understand the bible of business: the financial statements, you will become the master in your business. #2) You are the manager of your career, and an investment into a a masters degree shows that your are serious about your education. When you graduate from high school or college, you are not finishing anything, you are just starting, commencement means going forward in your life with your education, experience, interests, and desires. One of the most important principle is the marketing of the products or services within your organization. You will learn the marketing mix, which includees the product strategy, why was the product producted, the distribution stragegy includes where the product can be distributed to the target market, the promotion strategy, includes the media plan, the use of the internet to ferret out the sales and exposure of the product and service. What is the price strategy, do you keep it low, to increase sales, or keep it higher to get larger more important sales? 4). MBA students and graduates learn the basics of business wso that if they decided to leave their company, and start their own company, they should be able to write then own business plan to make the business succcessful. It includes: the full description of the business, why you are starting it, and why now, details of the products, services, or idea which you sell, marketing and promotion of the business, who is the target market, how do you reach them, investors for the business, financing the first 3 years of the business, what is the company culture, how will you find the best employees, what is the 5 years plan for the business, profits, benefits for employees, and how to grow the company into the 2l century and beyond. 5.). Only you can decide whether or not an MBA(Master of Business Administration) is right for you. Many people go into an MBA program full time-but many others go during the evening or parttime, and find that their MBA is easier because they use the experience and knowledge that life and their jobs offered them. Just taking one course at your local college on the MBA progam can give you the confidence and insight needed to make a decision on going all the way for the MBA degree.
