A little, then it fades.
Forever is eternity,
And counting all the days.
Forever is a promise
Of love; so blind, so true.
Forever is 'til angels fall
Or how long I will love you.
Forever is a wish;
A dream that's so unkind.
Forever is a contract;
An image of the mind.
Forever's until the sun grows cold,
Until there is no moon.
Forever is until there's peace;
An end that won't come soon.
Forever is my prayers at night.
My lonely life so blue.
