Poetry: Ode to cramps

by LeFlames

Created on: July 11, 2008   Last Updated: March 18, 2010

Gut wrenching pain,
Like a knife stabbing repeatedly.
Aches and throbs,
Tearing through your person.
Thoughts of the ill-est desire,
Pelting through your head.
Queasy in some cases,
Pale from loss of blood.
Skin losing color,
Stomach twisting.
Weakening with every moment that passes.
Cramps are a curse which we must bare.
