When most people think of a snack on the go, they think of a piece of fruit,candy,chips,soda I can go on. Well theres more to snacking then just those snacks, how about something healthy and that taste good. Meaning something that you would love to take with you every time you are on the go.
*Fruit and Yogurt Parfait taste good looks good as well, very low in calories and high in proteins. With this snack you can't go wrong and the good thing is, you can pick this up from McDonalds. Now if you want to hold the granolas then do so it will help you on your calorie intake.
*Wheat Thins and String Cheese love this so much, especially the wheat thins that are ranch flavor. This on the go snack is very easy and simple, no hard thinking hear. I f you are looking towards your calories intake this is a treat, just make sure you don't over do it with the string cheese.
*Granola Bars my favorite is chocolate chip, taste so good I do agree. The oats are calling you, because in this snack you have it all. Do not feel guilty for eating at least one, I do agree the calories can be a bit much so eat small.
*Dry Fruit is better then fresh fruit, and the good thing about this is low calories and no mess. Easy to pull out of your zip lock bag and eat eat eat.
*Mixed Fruit snack cups very nice to have on the go, love these snack cups. You can eat and be able to clean up in a sweep. Just watch for the sugar, it does have high frutose corn syrup in it.
*Sunflower seeds my best snack its a classic, I 'm eating some while I write this. Although its a classic it does have a lot of sodium in it. So watch out on your sodium intake.
*Snack mix or Trail mix all the same, good snack for on the go. Lots of different things to eat in the mix.
*Frozen bananas blended with a little non-dairy milk cool cold drink. Sweet and healthy I know you would love this snack.
*Popcorn there's unlimited things you can do with popcorn. Having this as and on the go snack is what makes snacking fun and joyous.Just be easy on the butter if you are watching your waistline.
*Low-fat pita and hummus well good snack for a healthy start, eating this snack almost everyday start my day off right. This is what I take with me on the go when I'm rushing out the door. Its light and healthy.
Knowing whats good for you before you hit the door, is where it's at. Eat different try new snacks, you probly want go back.
