The Path Back to Health - Naturally
The most difficult thing about Fibromyalgia is getting a diagnosis. And even when you are diagnosed with Fibromyalgia (which is identified by the medical profession by 68 different names), you are not told what all the conditions are. And you certainly are not told how to alleviate all these conditions. But alleviate them you must, otherwise the doctors' prognosis - that there is no cure - will come true.
First of all, here are the most common Fibromyalgia / Chronic Fatigue conditions:
1. Tender Points - 11 out of 18 required for a diagnosis
2. Flesh Pain, also in connective tissue. Sporadic pain, moves about seemingly without logic.
Fibromyalgics have a low pain threshold.
3. Chronic Fatigue - caused by cranial misalignment, thyroid malfunction, drug residues, allergies and parasites.
4. Poor Sleep - caused by Systemic Yeast Infection, misaligned bones and hormone imbalances.
5. Stiffness, especially in the morning - caused by pinched nerves and build up of lactic acid.
6. MyoFascial pain, headaches and TMJ - caused by misaligned cranial and spinal bones.
7. Poor Digestion - bloating, gas, diarrhea, constipation, Irritable Bowel Syndrome.
8. Numb hands and feet - tingling and burning.
9. Skin Conditions - we are so overloaded with toxins they erupt through the skin.
10. Mental Fog - reduced ability to think clearly. When many conditions flare at once, we suffer with Fibro Fog.
11. Systemic Yeast Infection - Antibiotics (drugs and in some meat) have killed off the good bacteria in the bowel, allowing normal yeast to proliferate wildly, finally burrowing through the intestine walls and invading our whole body, including the blood.
12. Hypoglycemia / Diabetes - pancreas malfunction. As well as erratic insulin production, a malfunctioning pancreas also stops producing protein-eating enzymes which means we cannot digest the protein our bodies MUST have if we are to live without pain.
13. Hypothyroidism - low thyroid function.
14. Alternating chills and low grade fever.
15. Exercise intolerance - weakness in the limbs, especially the legs.
16. Pre-Menstrual Syndrome - for women. But both men and women have a hormone imbalance.
17. Mal-absorption Syndrome - because our bowels are coated with old sludge and our pancreas does not produce sufficient digestive enzymes, we cannot absorb nutrients, particularly protein.
18. Multiple Allergies - caused by built up toxins.
19. Psychological Stress - with all these conditions bearing down
