shadows follow us all around
behind or near always here
what a difference in my shadow
to the shadows that are in my room
at night they are a sudden fright
but in the end just a visitor
just dont under stand what for
attracted to myself human shadows
fill my life at night even when
my eyes are closed they show
this my friend is not the end
for if they choose a shadow
can touch and move objects
it is a mystery why a shadow
will come by but not know
as to who they are just what
is experienced by this time
dressed in clothing of diferent
sexes and ages from periods of time
colonial dress to pilgrim times
they all come to play
but never yet had a thing to say

Shadows of the night
Somewhere in a distant dream,
stood two shadows of the night.
At the edge of split perception,
being bathed
Absent light
Stains on a wall
Take human form
But twist, Distort
They move and dance
But have no life
Hollow imposters
Shadows in the Night
Shadows haunting in the night.
Playing games in the moonlight.
Keeping all the shapes I see
Deep within
As I gaze into the light of night
Shadows emerge upon my sight
Some bring thoughts of sheer delight
Some are scary in gruesome

Shadow Tag - A Childhood Memory
Whispers of footsteps cross my grassy path,
As I kneel in the shadows in the full moonlight.
