A quick and effective cure for acne breakouts

We live in a world where people want instant gratification, but when it comes to curing acne, there is no instant fix. Sure, there are products that may help you get rid of acne quickly, but these products won't keep it away for good.

The only true, effective cure for acne is to treat it from the inside out. That means not only using a facial cleansing system with benzoyl peroxide, such as Pro Activ Solution or Neutrogena Oil-Free Cream Cleanser, but also changing your habits and using a homeopathic remedy.

As an acne sufferer since the age of 14, I know what it's like to hate the way you look and wish that all your acne would just go away. I had tried EVERYTHING known to mankind to treat my acne, but until I started treating it from the inside, I didn't see results that lasted longer than a couple weeks.

Recently, I started using a homeopathic acne treatment, which is a liquid that you drip under your tongue four to six times a day, to start, and then reduce to three times a day as your acne improves, and my acne has improved 100 percent, and has even, dare I say, been cured!

Homeopathic treatments are all-natural, which means they won't give you side effects like antibiotic pills or prescription creams will. And they treat from the inside out, which means the treatment is working with your body to cure your acne. And the treatment works quickly! I saw results within the first week of use. Homeopathic remedies are available at any health store or by going online.

But even that's not enough to cure your acne completely. You also need to change your habits, which means washing your face before bed with a cleansing system that uses benzoyl peroxide (salicylic acid washes are too harsh and can lead to dry skin and redness), and no more sleeping with your make up on, no more picking at your face, no more resting your hand on your chin or touching your face at all unless your hands are clean (and you still should keep your hands off as much as possible).

Now all of this is just advice. Obviously there are things that work for one person that might not work for others. The key is finding the right cleanser for your skin and treating your acne from the inside. Sure, you may get a zit popping up every now and then (because unfortunately, that's life), but you won't see the constant acne that covers your face and keeps you wanting to stay in your house forever.
